Thai food is traditionally eaten with fork and spoon while fork is used to move food to the spoon and the spoon hold the food and convey the food to the mounth. Meats and Vegetables are mostly cut into bite-sized obviating the need for a knife. Thai meal is single course meal while every dishes are served at the same time. Every person have their own dish of rice and the foods are served in sharable dish in the center introducing familly style meal. However the meal could finishing up with thai desserts and or fresh fruits for perfectly completed meal.

Stir-fried white onions, oranges chunks, sweet peppers, cashew nuts with special thai chilli sauce. Choices of Shrimp, Beef, Chicken or Tofu.
Mango, ground peanuts, red onions, corianders with sweet house dressing.
Marinated grilled chicken with coconut and thai herbs serve with peanut sauce and cucumber salad (4 pieces).
Deep-fried spring rolls filled with special vegetable mixture serve with sweet & sour sauce ( 3 pieces).
Green beans, sweet peppers in special thick Red curry sauce and Kaffir lime leaves.
